    Who is Scapta?

    Scapta is a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo partner based in Hasselt (Flanders). We help organizations in Flanders and Belgium streamline their business processes with ERP, CRM, and automation solutions tailored to their needs. We do this using Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Odoo platform, and the Microsoft Power Platform. From analysis and implementation to support and optimization, we guide organizations through the entire process.

    What type of company does Scapta work for?

    Scapta focuses on SMEs and medium-sized businesses in Flanders and Belgium. We have experience in diverse sectors: manufacturing, food & beverage, non-profit, IT services, and more. Whether you have 10 or 250 employees, our approach is scalable and tailored.

    How much does a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation cost?

    The cost depends on the number of users, desired modules, and the complexity of your processes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central starts with a monthly per-user license. The implementation cost is a one-time fee and varies based on your situation. We would be happy to provide an estimate after an initial meeting.

    How does an implementation process work at Scapta?

    We work with a fixed, structured method that we apply to every project – no one-size-fits-all. The process consists of: an analysis phase, custom implementation workshops, training for your team, and guided go-live. Transparent communication is central so you always know where you stand.     We're still using Dynamics NAV, can we switch over?

    Yes, and it's urgent. Microsoft is discontinuing support for Dynamics NAV and is encouraging migration to Business Central SaaS or Odoo ERP. Scapta has extensive experience with this transition and will guide you from A to Z: data migration, reconfiguration, and training. The sooner you start, the smoother the transition.

    Does Scapta also offer support after implementation?

    Absolutely. With a support contract, our helpdesk is always available for questions, incidents, and guidance after go-live. You can reach us by phone (+32 11 600 600, press 3) or via our online support portal. Customers describe our support as personal and involved — you are not a number or a ticket.
