From November 1, 2025 Microsoft is increasing prices on several Dynamics 365 Business Central Licenses on average 10%. This is the first price adjustment in five years and applies to both new customers and existing customers who renew or extend their license after this date.

Price change
According to the latest price list published by Microsoft, these are the new prices starting 11/1/2025 for Business Central licenses. For existing customers, the price will increase on their renewal date.
BC team member: €7.50/user/month (unchanged)
BC essentials: €74.90/user/month
BC Premium: €103.00/user/month
BC device: €42.10/user/month
The prices above are always for a one-year contract with prior year billing.
If you choose an annual contract with monthly billing, the price will increase by 5%.
A monthly contract with monthly billing is still available; in that case, the price increases by 20%.
