Starting April 1, 2025, Microsoft will revise its licensing prices. What exactly is changing and how can your organization respond to this?
Microsoft has announced that, effective April 1, 2025, the price of an annual subscription with the option of monthly payments will increase by 5%. This price increase applies to both new and existing customers and will take effect on the contract’s renewal date. This means that organizations that opt for monthly billing will pay a small additional fee.
There is no price increase planned for annual subscriptions with annual pre-invoicing.
The following products are affected by this increase: Microsoft 365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
