Satisfaction is a priority, but by that we mean the good feeling that exists among our employees and how we convey that together to our customers. And then you naturally arrive at Service with a capital S.

The gauge
The NPS is an international barometer for customer satisfaction. A measure of a product or service's ability to attract word-of-mouth marketing. We convert that satisfaction into a score, the ultimate tool for creating improvement plans in the long term.
At Scapta, we recorded an NPS increase from +29 in 2021 to +60 in 2022! A spectacular result that significantly surpasses the general B2B software and SaaS benchmark NPS of +40 in 2022.

Feedback is worth gold
How we arrive at those scores? Throughout the year, our customers can provide us with feedback via https://nps.scapta.com And in addition, we invite our primary contacts to participate an extra time every six months. In 2022, we had 30 participants.
Last year, we also linked giving feedback to an incentive. Each submission earned 5 euros, and we donated the total amount to vzw Kleine Prins.
The fact is that we effectively do something with those reviews. We act on every point, because there is always room for improvements that we tackle within our Scapta team!
