If you work exclusively with Peppol by Billit, you make use of the standard approval flows in Business Central. This is an existing module that you can set up, after which the approvals take place directly in Business Central.

Yes. Peppol works according to the principle “Connect once, reach all”. As long as there is an internet connection, users can send and receive e-invoices via the Peppol network – regardless of the country.

On maps of Peppol or service providers, you sometimes see that certain countries (like those in Africa) are not yet colored in. This simply means that no local service providers are active in those countries yet. However, you can still use the network through an existing provider, such as Billit.

If necessary, we can also provide support with adding specific country codes or identifiers so that your local entities can participate in the network correctly.

In the latest release of our solution, you can easily check from the customer and supplier database which customers and suppliers in your database are already connected to the Peppol network. Additionally, you have the choice per customer or supplier to determine whether you want to send or receive invoices via Peppol.
