What exactly does xpr365 Peppol by Billit involve?

XPR365 Peppol by Billit is a ready-to-use cloud solution that enables secure sending and receiving of electronic invoices via the Peppol network. This solution is specifically designed for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) and integrates seamlessly with XPR365 Financials. By using Billit as an official Peppol access point, the system ensures a standardized and secure exchange of e-invoices in the UBL format.

Do you only offer collaboration with Billit as an access point?

Indeed! We only work with Billit.

Is the function included by default in Business Central, or do we still need to implement it?

XPR365 Peppol by Billit is available as an extension and can be easily purchased and installed via the Business Central Marketplace.

Do we need to install this extension ourselves?

We can install this for you, provided a setup cost of 500 euros. However, it can also be installed yourself thanks to: www.learn.xpr365.com

Is the setup provided online? How long does it take?

Yes, the setup and necessary explanation are entirely remote and take approximately 1 hour.

Do you also support Business Central On premise, NAV 2016, and NAV 2018?

How can we check the status and payment of the invoice?

We are currently registering one status: the moment the invoice is delivered to the Peppol network. In a future release, additional statuses will be added, such as whether the invoice has been paid or rejected by the customer.

How will the approval process work when invoices come in through the XPR365 connection?

If you work exclusively with Peppol by Billit, you make use of the standard approval flows in Business Central. This is an existing module that you can set up, after which the approvals take place directly in Business Central.

What about international large players who invoice us, and who now have an EU VAT number? Will they also have to work with PEPPOL?

This is not a requirement, but it can of course be done on a voluntary basis.

Does Peppol also work in countries where there are no local service providers yet, such as in parts of Africa?

Yes. Peppol works according to the principle “Connect once, reach all”. As long as there is an internet connection, users can send and receive e-invoices via the Peppol network – regardless of the country.

On maps of Peppol or service providers, you sometimes see that certain countries (like those in Africa) are not yet colored in. This simply means that no local service providers are active in those countries yet. However, you can still use the network through an existing provider, such as Billit.

If necessary, we can also provide support with adding specific country codes or identifiers so that your local entities can participate in the network correctly.

How do we know which customers and suppliers use Peppol?

In the latest release of our solution, you can easily check from the customer and supplier database which customers and suppliers in your database are already connected to the Peppol network. Additionally, you have the choice per customer or supplier to determine whether you want to send or receive invoices via Peppol.

What is the cost?

XPR365 Peppol by Billit is available through Microsoft AppSource and is offered at €60 per user per year, with a minimum of 5 users, including 2,000 credits per user.

A credit represents a sent or received invoice or credit note. When used from BC, no additional licenses are required. If you want to use the Billit application platform, you need to purchase additional licenses from Billit. This means you can activate Peppol for EUR 0.03 per invoice/credit note.

If you need help with the installation, as explained on learn.xpr365.com, we charge a remote setup fee of 500 euros. If you have more than one company (VAT number), please feel free to request a more detailed quote.

Is XPR365 Peppol by Billit free?

No, but it does apply to customers who have XPR365 Financials. They receive a 100% discount on XPR365 Peppol by Billit for each XPR365 Financials full user.

Does the 10,000 documents per year apply to multiple companies?

Yes, for multiple companies in the same tenant.
