We are proud to share that at Scapta, we have once again achieved the Microsoft Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
Microsoft has significantly changed the partner landscape in recent years. Where organizations used to simply Gold Partner worked, does Microsoft now work with a layered partner program where quality, specialization, and demonstrable customer impact are central. Within this new model, Specializations an important role.
One of those recognitions is the Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization and we've been allowed to extend them again.
From Gold Partner to Specializations
The old Gold/Silver model indicated that you were a Microsoft partner. The current Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program goes one step further. Partners are assessed on:
- Profound subject matter expertise
- Proven customer results
- Active use and adoption of Microsoft solutions
- Continue to invest in knowledge and certification
Specializations are the highest proof of expertise within a specific domain.
What is the Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization?
The Small and Midsize Business (SMB) Management Specialization is an official Microsoft recognition for partners who have demonstrated success in supporting small and medium-sized organizations.
Microsoft places strict requirements before granting this specialization, including:
- Certified consultants with up-to-date Microsoft knowledge
- Successful implementations with SME clients
- Demonstrable use and adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Customer cases that show technology truly adds value
This specialization is valid for one year and must be achieved annually. This means that partners must continuously meet Microsoft's current requirements.
What does this mean specifically for our customers?
For our clients, this specialization means they can count on:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft solutions for SMEs
- Current knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud and AI ecosystem
- A partner that continuously invests in quality, safety, and innovation
Thanks to our team and our clients for their trust. Here's to even more impact in 2026 and beyond!
