New prices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 from October 2024

Today, Microsoft is announcing the first price update for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in over five years. Since the last price update, Dynamics 365 has transformed customer relationship management (CRM) processes with connected applications for all areas of an organization, from marketing, sales, customer service, and field service.

Below is the list of products for which prices will be adjusted as of October 1, 2024:

The prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises customer engagement and operations products will increase by the same percentage as their respective cloud versions. Prices for cloud products not mentioned above, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will remain unchanged.

These price increases apply globally to both new and existing customers (for renewals effective October 1, 2024), and the products will be priced similarly in other currencies. To comply with local regulations, the U.S. government’s list prices for the same products will increase by 10% effective October 1, 2024, followed by a further, smaller increase effective October 1, 2025, to align with the commercial prices described above.
