Partly as a result of COVID-19 and the ever-evolving IT landscape, Microsoft and its partners are reaping significant benefits from the surge in new IT investments. Revenue from the modern and innovative Dynamics 365 solutions and cloud services rose by as much as 33% compared to 26% in the last quarter. This was primarily driven by Dynamics 365 cloud revenue growth of 49% (previously 45%).
A remarkable fact is that the revenue growth of Microsoft Dynamics 365 grew more than three times faster than the average market growth for ERP and CRM solutions. And that is a very impressive achievement.
Our commercial cloud revenue grew 361% year-over-year to 19.5 billion.
