What are your challenges?

• From Expand Odoo practice: offering, positioning, approach, and multi-year plan
• Taking responsibility for revenue and margin of the business unit
• I Attract, grow, and coach a team — consultants, developers, and project leaders
• From Delivery quality monitoring: methodology, quality agreements, satisfied customers
• To rotate with presalescustomer conversations, scoping, proposals, and the business case
• Eleven Odoo Partnership further develop (certifications, partner grade, roadmap)
• Escalations solve without damaging the relationship or the margin
• Building bridges to the rest of Scapta and the iCtrl Group

 

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in ERP consultancy or delivery, some of which for several years in a management or final responsibility role
• You are as strong in. delivery as in the commercial story and doesn't shy away from customer conversations
• You have a entrepreneurial reflexyou see opportunities and act on them
• You are familiar with Odoo or do you quickly pick that up based on your ERP background
• You can people grow and it holds a team together, even when it's busy
• You think in numbers and people — it's a people business for us
• Dutch Dutch and English
