How does it work?
You manage memberships via the pre-configured templates in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Here you determine the duration of these memberships, and the system automatically renews them from then on. Thanks to the integration with accounting, invoices are also generated without you having to do anything yourself.
These kinds of templates aren't just for memberships. You can also create such templates once for events and training courses and then reuse them if they are recurring activities.
Thanks to the integrations of Scapta and Microsoft, you will also find all communication with your members in one central environment.
