SME portfolio

The SME portfolio is a measure that provides entrepreneurs with financial support for the purchase of training and consultancy services subsidized by the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

How does the application process work? 

The amount you can contribute includes the full course fee excluding VAT.

The registration fee excluding VAT must be at least 100 euros. Payment via the wallet proceeds as follows:

  1. You are enrolling in a training program and will receive a confirmation email of your enrollment and a payment invitation from Scapta.
  2. First, you pay the full invoice amount, including VAT, to Scapta (mentioning the structured notification from the confirmation email). It is important not to pay the full registration fee directly to Scapta. Project applications may no longer be submitted if the full amount has been transferred to the training provider.
  3. You register and submit the grant application at: www.kmo-portefeuille.be  
  4. You are submitting a project request and stating the project amount as the total amount excluding VAT.
  5. The portfolio indicates what percentage of your education they subsidize and how much you still need to pay (remaining amount).

You pay your portion to the SME Portfolio. As soon as the SME Portfolio confirms receipt of this payment, you can assign the electronic payment via the portfolio.

Attention: Your application must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the start of the training.

 

What is the recognition number of Elem3nts?

Elem3nts's recognition number is DV.O251335.

The use of the correct reference number is important and can be found on your payment invitation. 
Attention: the character after the period is the letter O, not the number zero.
