Jaga is a global player in the development and production of radiators, with its headquarters in Diepenbeek (Limburg). Since its inception in 1962, Jaga has focused on innovation and creativity. Jaga breaks traditional thinking and has been surprising for decades with new concepts, both technically and aesthetically. However, the creativity and innovation they bring to market with their concepts were lacking in their CRM system.
Jaga was working with an outdated version of Microsoft CRM 2016. Although the system had proven its worth in the past, it was time for a more performant version. Jaga began searching for a new, reliable, and local partner who could help them with this. A partner who was always available for them, and they found that in Scapta!
THE CHALLENGE
For this project, Jaga had quite a few requirements: there had to be an integration between the CRM and ERP software, as well as with Office 365 tools. Additionally, Jaga was looking for a product configurator for creating quotes. And to top it all off, reporting or BI tools to visualize everything nicely. Their biggest wish? As much standardization as possible and as little customization as possible; in contrast to their product motto.

THE SOLUTION
Jaga's wishes were clear: a new CRM partner that could take the organization to the next level. The Scapta team tackled this challenge, and together with the client, Scapta designed an action plan. The goal was clear: a new cloud system that would allow for better follow-up, leave less room for errors, and do it all without the maintenance concerns of a server.
“After several analysis workshops, we decided to upgrade the current environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service. In addition, we entered into a partnership with Experlogix solutions for building quotes. This was certainly not straightforward, given that Jaga's product catalog is 400 pages long and everything is maximally customizable,” says Steven Seerden, Account Manager at Scapta.
Today, all of Jaga's commercial employees work in the same system and following the same process. They do this wherever and whenever they want, thanks to the chosen cloud solutions. This administrative support enables employees to work more efficiently, smoothly, and accurately than before.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
The entire CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service) has been updated by the Scapta team. All standard integrations too.
Met Office 365 (SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, etc.) are activated immediately. This allows employees to follow up on leads, contacts, and customers even better. Thanks to this integrated sales process, they can offer more personalized and smoother service. With a view to the future, Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service have been migrated to a cloud solution. This way, Jaga always has the latest Microsoft updates, and server maintenance is also eliminated. Jaga uses Power BI, Microsoft's Business Intelligence solution, for reporting. The reports are always and everywhere available, fully dynamic, and integrated with Dynamics 365.
EXPERLOGIX CPQ
The product configurator Jaga envisioned was primarily intended to ensure structure and uniformity in its offering of 380,000 customizable products. Not a simple task, but Scapta didn't hesitate and immediately began searching for the right partner. Experlogix emerged as the solution! They can easily handle the most complex configurations. Thanks to the integration of DocumentsCorePack, it's possible to automatically convert quotes into orders, all within Dynamics 365 Sales. The more complex the configuration process, the more time savings will be achieved thanks to the new configurator! New product features are added twice a year to keep the system up-to-date.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
The collaboration between Scapta and Jaga went very smoothly. The entire project was rolled out in consultation with 2 key users. “The people from Jaga knew very well what they were talking about and where they wanted to go. That makes the collaboration super nice and efficient!”, Steven Seerden adds.
All end-users are now working with this solution. The entire team is very satisfied with the new, time-saving way of working! It not only saves Jaga time, but also significantly reduces the potential for (human) errors. There has already been talk of a further rollout to the various Jaga departments worldwide.
