    What exactly does XPR365 Billit entail?

    XPR365 Peppol by Billit is a turnkey cloud solution that enables the secure sending and receiving of electronic invoices over the Peppol network. Designed specifically for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS), this solution integrates seamlessly with XPR365 Financials. By using Billit as the official Peppol access point, the system provides a standardized and secure exchange of e-invoices in UBL format.

    Is the feature standard in Business Central, or do we still need to implement it?

    ‘XPR365 Billit’ is available as an extension and can be easily purchased and installed through the Business Central Marketplace.

    Do we need to install this extension ourselves?

    We can install this for you for a setup fee of 500 euros. However, you can also install it yourself thanks to: www.learn.xpr365.com

    Will the setup be provided online? How long will this take?

    Yes, the setup and necessary explanation are entirely remote and take about 1 hour.

    Do you also support Business Central On-Premises?

    We do not support on-premises for Business Central.

    Is there a version available for NAV?

    We provide custom solutions for NAV from version 2015 to 2018. Support will be provided until December 31, 2027, at the latest.

    How can we check the status and payment of the invoice?

    We currently record one status: when the invoice is delivered to the Peppol network. In a future release, additional statuses will be added, such as whether the invoice was paid or rejected by the customer.

    Once invoices are received through the XPR365 connection, they enter the approval workflow. The system will automatically route them to the designated approver(s) based on predefined rules, such as department, amount, or project. Approvers will receive a notification and can then review the invoice details, supporting documentation, and make an approval or rejection decision directly within the system.

    If you work exclusively with xpr365 Billit, you use the default approval flows in Business Central. This is an existing module that you can set up and approvals will take place directly in Business Central.

    What about international major players invoicing us who now have an EU VAT number? Will they also have to work with PEPPOL?

    This is not an obligation, but of course it can be done on a voluntary basis.

    Peppol can work in countries where local service providers do not yet operate, such as parts of Africa. The Peppol network is designed to be a global standard, meaning that any business in a Peppol-enabled country can connect with any other business in any other Peppol-enabled country, regardless of where they are located. This is possible because Peppol uses a network of access points that allow businesses to send and receive e-invoices and other electronic documents. In cases where local service providers do not yet operate in a particular country, businesses can still connect to the Peppol network by using a service provider from another country that does operate in their region. This means that even if there isn't a local provider, businesses can still participate in the Peppol network and benefit from its advantages, such as increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved accuracy.

    Yes. Peppol works on the principle “Connect once, reach all.As long as there is an Internet connection, users can send and receive e-invoices over the Peppol network – regardless of the country.

    On maps from Peppol or service providers, you sometimes see that certain countries (such as in Africa) are not yet colored. That just means that local service providers are not yet active in those countries. However, you can still use the network through an existing provider, such as Billit.

    If necessary, we can also provide support in adding specific country codes or identifiers so that your local entities can correctly participate in the network.

    How do we know which customers and suppliers Peppol uses?

    In the latest release of our solution, you can easily check from the customer and supplier database which customers and suppliers in your database are already connected to the Peppol network. In addition, you have the choice to determine per customer or supplier whether you want to send or receive invoices via Peppol.

    What is the cost?
    XPR365 Billit is available through Microsoft AppSource and is offered for €60 per user per year, with a minimum of 5 users, including 2,000 credits per user.
    A credit represents an invoice or credit note that has been sent or received. When used from BC, no additional licenses are required. If you want to use the Billit application platform, you need to buy additional licenses from Billit. This means you can activate Peppol for 0.03 EUR per invoice/credit note.
    If you need help with installation, as explained at learn.xpr365.com, we offer a remote setup cost of 500 euros. If you have more than one company (VAT no.), feel free to ask for a more detailed quote.
    Are there any discounts?

    Customers with XPR365 Financials receive a 100% discount on XPR365 Peppol, which is 2,000 documents per year per user (full user). Discounts are not cumulative.
    Do the 10,000 documents per year apply to multiple companies?

    Yes, for multiple companies in the same tenant.
