Switching to a new system should not be underestimated. Scapta knows this all too well. So, first things first, mapping out all needs and wishes. Not everything could be taken over exactly from Navision; a structured workshop combined with Scapta's expertise provided a solution for the configuration of the new system. The result? Certain external integrations, such as the one for payroll software HiAnt, certainly require extra attention during this transition. \u201cThis software is hosted externally, so we don't have much control over it ourselves,\u201d says Piet Knevels. \u201cFortunately, Scapta handled all of that perfectly for us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the subsequent workshops, all functionalities for finance were reviewed and users received initial training right away. This was a matter of practically getting used to the new system. \u201cAdvantageous for our timing because this allowed us to launch a number of smaller components early. The links with Dynamics and the CRM system are always current, and data is automatically transferred to the debtor solution. All of these were previously very labor-intensive tasks. \u201cApprovals for payments now go through Continia and are much smoother. As a result, we also have to book fewer provisions, and it's immediately clear why an invoice is being held back, for example,\u201d adds Piet. Asap is pleased that scapta itself provides support to external partners, such as HiAnt. \u201cActually outside our scope. That once again shows the dedication of the scapta team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
