No, of course not. Satisfaction is a priority, but by that we mean the good feeling that exists among our employees and how we convey that together to our customers. And then you naturally arrive at Service with a capital S.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100% is committed to providing excellent customer service and making time for it. It\u2019s in the Scapta family\u2019s DNA. If you want to build customer loyalty, it\u2019s not just about performance\u2014it\u2019s also about emotion. We\u2019re in this together as we navigate this rapidly evolving digital world. Our NPS score proves that our approach results in loyalty and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The gauge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NPS is an international barometer for customer satisfaction. A measure of a product or service's ability to attract word-of-mouth marketing. We convert that satisfaction into a score, the ultimate tool for creating improvement plans in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Scapta, we recorded an NPS increase from +29 in 2021 to +60 in 2022! Throughout the year, our customers can provide us with feedback via <a href=\"https:\/\/nps.scapta.com\">https:\/\/nps.scapta.com<\/a> And in addition, we invite our primary contacts to participate an extra time every six months. In 2022, we had 30 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last year, we also linked giving feedback to an incentive. Each submission earned 5 euros, and we donated the total amount to vzw Kleine Prins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fact is that we effectively do something with those reviews.
