From Excel History to Insightful Data in a Single Overview<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The team today consists of twelve representatives on the floor and four employees in the office. Within this team, Peggy Gabri\u00ebls plays a central role. She is responsible for production planning, raw material procurement, inventory management, and negotiations with suppliers. Additionally, she ensures that everything is adjusted in a timely manner when extra purchases are needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge: need for overview and structure<\/strong>
As a small business, Myhealth faced a common problem: a classic ERP system turned out to be too expensive and too inflexible to maintain. Historically, the team worked primarily with Excel, but lacked the necessary expertise to extract in-depth insights. As a result, they lacked a central overview, reliable reporting, and clear forecasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The search for a suitable solution led them to scapta, with the goal of gaining more control over their data through Power BI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From fragmented data to integrated insights<\/strong>
Today, Myhealth combines various data sources into one clear report. Sales figures from IQVIA Mobirep are brought together with stock and warehouse data from internal systems and supplemented with Excel files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration ensures they no longer only see numbers, but also gain insight into revenue analyses, historical trends, forecasting, and purchasing and order planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the collaboration came about<\/strong>
The collaboration with Scapta originated from a personal connection. Raf Dybajlo, founder of Myhealth, already knew Sylvio from before and got back in touch. The trust, expertise in Power BI, and the pragmatic approach tailored to SMEs ultimately made the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementation: fast and hands-on<\/strong>
The implementation was efficient and straightforward. Sylvio came on-site to set up the initial structure, after which colleagues like Jorn Dolmans and Yasciny Liriano Paulino provided further support. Everything was built step by step, resulting in a smooth and practical rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use today<\/strong>
Today, reporting is mainly used by Peggy, who works with it daily. Other colleagues consult the dashboards when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The impact: time savings and better decisions<\/strong>
Since collaborating with scapta, Myhealth has experienced clear benefits. Data is no longer fragmented, but centrally available in one system. This leads to faster insight into figures and trends, which in turn results in better decisions regarding purchasing and planning. Moreover, the reliance on manual Excel analyses has been significantly reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Peggy Gabri\u00ebls summarizes:<\/strong>
\u201cWe shouldn't be searching in different places anymore; everything is together now.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myhealth is optimistic about the future of the collaboration. The current focus is on maintaining and optimizing existing reporting, with room for expansion as the company grows. Additionally, there is an ambition to utilize data more analytically and develop deeper insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
