Where organizations used to simply <em>Gold Partner<\/em> worked, does Microsoft now work with a <strong>layered partner program<\/strong> where quality, specialization, and demonstrable customer impact are central. Within this new model, <strong>Specializations<\/strong> an important role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of those recognitions is the <strong>Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization<\/strong> and we've been allowed to extend them again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Gold Partner to Specializations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The old Gold\/Silver model indicated that you were a Microsoft partner. The current <strong>Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program<\/strong> goes one step further. Partners are assessed on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Profound <strong>subject matter expertise<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proven customer results<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active use and adoption of Microsoft solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to invest in knowledge and certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specializations are the highest proof of expertise within a specific domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Small and Midsize Business (SMB) Management Specialization is an official Microsoft recognition for partners who have demonstrated success in supporting<strong> small and medium-sized organizations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft places strict requirements before granting this specialization, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certified consultants with up-to-date Microsoft knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful implementations with SME clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable use and adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer cases that show technology truly adds value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This specialization is <strong>valid for one year<\/strong> and must be achieved annually.
