What does the job entail?
- You are the standard-bearer of our support department
- You are expanding our support department
- You support our customers with all their support questions.
- You will ensure follow-up and forward the questions to your Scapta colleagues.
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Who are we looking for?
- Customer friendliness is number one!
- You have a good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is definitely a plus.
- You are result-driven and have an eye for risks and quality.
- You work proactively and dare to take initiative.
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
