What does the job entail?

  • Giving product demos, workshops, and training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
  • Analyzing customer processes and translating them into a software solution
  • Optimizing client business processes
  • Writing functional analyses
  • Implement and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
  • Testing van programmatie (End-to-end testing)
  • Guiding clients through go-live and providing support and aftercare

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience implementing CRM solutions for various clients.
  • You love to streamline sales, marketing, and service processes for clients.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and possess analytical thinking skills.
  • You are solution-oriented with an eye for risks and quality.
  • You are eager to learn and love new technologies
  • You work proactively and dare to take initiative.
